Desietra Osetra comes from the Osetra Sturgeon (acipenser persius or acipenser gueldenstaeditii). An adult Osetra sturgeon can weight as much as 400 lbs and live to be 80 years old. The best Osetra caviar comes from the Caspian Sea. Desietra Osetra is farmed genuine Caspian Osetra caviar.
Desietra Osetra has a firm texture and rich nutty flavor. Desietra Osetra boasts medium sized pearls, and color that can range from light to dark brown. Many consider Desietra Osetra to be the best tasting of all caviar.
