If Caspian Sea Sevruga caviar is your favorite, then Siberian - small, elegant, charcoal-gray grains with a smooth, light flavor, low salt, and a creamy texture - might be your new favorite. In Germany, the Ascipenser baerii sturgeon are farmed in one of the world's first closed-water recirculatory facilities, and the fish are fed a natural diet of mostly protein and no additives. DeSietra Siberian caviar are darker in color, but very similar in flavor and texture to Sevruga. A lovely and delicate indulgence.
Available sizes: 50 grams, 125 grams, 250 grams and 500 grams.
