Today, Giusti balsamic vinegars enrich the dishes of the best chefs and decorate the shelves of the most exclusive shops in Italy and in the world This stunning gift box came from a request by the late Tenor Luciano Pavarotti for a precious object to be included at his Foundation’s charity auction, the Giusti family created the “Scrigno”, a precious wooden case containing the entire Giusti “Historical Collection”. The “Scrigno” also contains five premium condiments aged in oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry or ash casks, each of them carries distinctive flavors of the wood in which it aged.

Characterized by a rich perfume and an agreeable and rounded balsamic acidity, the ”Silver Medal” is aged in ancient oak barrels and represent an aromatic balsamic vinegar which, with its intensity, enhances the flavors of any dish. Dedicated to the ancestor who created the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, this Balsamic Vinegar is born from sweet, sundried grapes.
